Picture a Day: Sep 24

I saw this picture while trawling my photo archives and wondered why I haven't posted it before, and realized there's a weird lighting effect going on, probably thanks to the frequency of their lights and my camera's shutter/shutter speed. I wonder if I had it set to electronic shutter only or something. Hmph.

It's still cool that I caught the puffin spreading its wings anyway, so I'm posting it. I suppose I could've investigated whether I could edit the lighting effect out, but hey, I'm not feeling it right now. Maybe in a later re-edit.
